Ulrika Plotniece is Creative Director in DDB Latvia. She has walked her path through the alley of advertising from the very beginning of the 21st century. She works at DDB Latvia for 8 years with such clients as retail chain Maxima, Nordea bank, Balta insurance company, chocolate manufacturer Laima, Post of Latvia and others. DDB Latvia is the most awarded creative agency in Adwards 2012, 2013 and 2014 and in Golden Hammer 2013. In her more than a decade long experience she has earned prizes in various international and local festivals. She is also a close friend of running. She has run 7 offical marathons in three continents. Addiction to endorphins produced by running made her create another award winning campaign about running her first marathon in NYC.
