Gustavo Marioni began his career in Italy, working as Art Director in Lorenzo Marini & Associates. Then he moved to Madrid to work with El Laboratorio Springer & Jacobi, since then he passed through Madrid FCB TAPSA, Delvico Red Cell and McCann Madrid, he worked two years as Director in Indio Films and he returned to creativity with LOLA LOWE Group. In 2011, he moved to Colombia to work as Executive Creative Director at Lowe / SSP3 Bogotá, chosen by Advertising Age as International Agency 2013 and it was for three consecutive years among the six most effective agencies in the world, according to the EFFIE Awards.
During those years they recognized their work with over 100 international awards at festivals such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio Awards, Effie Awards, New York Festival, One Show, El Sol, El Dorado and El Ojo de Iberoamerica. Among these awards can be highlighted 10 Lions at Cannes and 1 Yellow Pencil at D&AD. Since August 2014 he works in Shackleton Chile as Executive Creative Director. The only agency in Chile awarded by the One Show and D&AD in 2016.
